Days of our Lives: Nicole Walker Returns Then Ousted

Days of our Lives actress Arianne Zucker is set to return to the show as her character, Nicole Walker, later this week. However, it seems that her tenure on the soap opera is coming to an end, as Zucker has been fired and has filed a lawsuit against former executive producer Albert Alarr and Corday Productions owner Ken Corday. It remains unclear if she will ever return to the show.

When Nicole returns to Salem, she brings her daughter, Holly Jonas, with her.

Holly had been in a coma but is now doing much better after receiving state-of-the-art care in an Italian medical facility. Nicole’s husband, EJ DiMera, is excited about their return and the family’s reunion.
However, there is some tension between EJ and Nicole when she learns that he has not dropped charges against Holly’s friend, Tate Black. It is uncertain if the district attorney will do the right thing and acknowledge that Holly took the pills on her own accord.

Fans of Days of our Lives hope that Nicole will be able to see her daughter wake up before she leaves again. Additionally, Sloan Petersen finds a way to return baby Jude to his biological mother, which may result in Nicole regaining custody of her children before she departs.

The news of Zucker’s firing and lawsuit came as a shock to fans. She alleges that she was subjected to sexual harassment on set and that she was retaliated against after speaking out about it.
