Robert Scott Wilson echoed those sentiments, gushing about his co-star: “Abigail is an absolute rock star of an actress. I love working with her, and we’ve got a great thing going. We’ve got a great relationship. So I was excited to see that’s where it was going to head.

The Original Sin: Kayla’s (Almost) Demise

That, of course, was not ideal, and it threw her off her game.
The scandal led to her “wanting to end things with Alex and keep everything copacetic with Kate.”
Alex’s Redemption Arc: From Playboy to Partner?
So, what makes this reunion different? Why should we believe that Alex, the reformed (or so we hope) playboy, is ready for a serious commitment? Wilson believes his character has grown: ”
Alex is older and wiser. He’s a little bit more settled down. He can invest in a relationship now, and he also learned some lessons. He doesn’t do dumb things anymore. Well, he probably still does some dumb sh–, but he’s ready to settle down. And Stephanie… That’s his girl.”
This time around, it seems like Alex is genuinely invested in making things work.
He’s willing to put in the effort and, hopefully, avoid any more disastrous phone interceptions or on-set shenanigans. Fingers crossed!
